I made these last weekend, and they turned out just as advertised. They are *really* minty though. And time consuming, what with all the in the freezer, back out of the freezer. You may need to freeze the rolled out dough 30-45 mins to get it to a temp where you can cut cookies and peel them off the parchment, like I did, rather than the suggested 15 mins. All in all, turned out great, but you really better be jonesing for Thin Mints to want to put in this much effort. ;)
