I made these today. SUPER easy and quick and pretty darn tasty. The best part is you can add whatever spices you want. I added 1/4 tsp of garlic powder plus 1/2 teaspoon of Italian spices. The second batch I made into shapes and they cooked quicker so I should cook them less as they browned quickly. Almond Flour Crackers 1 large egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper 1 3/4 cups almond flour Preheat oven to 350. Whisk egg, salt and pepper and any other spices together. Add the almond flour and stir until mixture comes together. Place the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper. Pat the dough out, then top with another piece of parchment. Roll the dough to 10 x 12 x 1/8 thick. Remove the top of paper and use a pizza wheel or knife to cut 1 inch squares. You can also cut them into various shapes. Move crackers on the parchment to a baking sheet. Bake the crackers for 14 to 16 minutes until theyre light golden brown. The crackers around the perimeter may brown more quickly if you leave as a large square . Cool crackers completely before storing air tight.
