I make my own dessings and cold suces by mixing cooking youghurt of ten percent with mayonaiise and fnely chopped herbs, flat leavd parsley is sold for a pittance at the market, and the fresh coriander from the Asian shops is very cheap as well. I love to fry tempeh, halloumi and aubergine as well as zucchini. Just use theveggies and fruits you like and prepare the as they are best suited for and well, spice up dressings and sauces with what you know blends with it it may take some time to perfect but unless you are awake it wont be diassters, besides you may discover something new!!! As for msoothies , use the fruits, nuts, etc you like, I am a fan of passion fruit, mango, banana and strawberry, and coconut of course, I use cocnut in many things, even for my hair. Once I bought coconut for cooking a large container, ecological but I forgot about it and it got rancid but if you are not as foretful and use a lot and wash yourhair daily, I fecommend you buy it if you love the smell of coconut. Then you make an infusion of jasmine that you leave in your window for a while (read more about these things on SHENET!!! ) Or use jasmineessential oil. Cocnut and jasmine are a great combination I think, if I recall it right). The easiste vegan food is the beans of your choice, use cans to begin with and if you like it, buy dried beans, fry up veggie you fancy and perhaps chuck in some boiled slanted carrots and broclli and absolutely raisins, and perhaps nuts, and herbs and spices and mushrooms (NOT canned!!!) sprinkle grated lemon rind, shave of th peel but light on hand hey as you don’t want the white insides that makes it taste bitter.. S´make colourful salads and feel, free to mix veggies with fruit, Avocado andfresh mushroom are geat in salads and farfalle pasta shapes make the salad look extra appetizing as does small shell shapes.. marinate quorn pieces or soy protein pieces but remember not to overcook the soy protein and aftersquees ut as much water as you manage , the wipe it dry, even letit dry by itself, marinate or not, and fry. I prefer crispy. Ruccola, which mother claims was used not as poor mans vegetables not only in Italy but in seden as well in the past, has a peppery taste I am mad about.. Grow herbs, some you can keep in the winter and collect the spices you like. Also, make your own labneh by putting youghurt, fat or light, in either a coffee fileror a cordial filter and after it is the desired consistency, fold in finely chopped herbs and perhaps crushed garlic. MMMM!!! If your not vegan ad want to try the best mayonnaise you ever had. Make mayonnaise but addsome mixed saredelles, those salty anchovy kind of fisj, often sold in small cans rolled up with a caper intheir mdst,, I will try vitello tonnato sauce with quornfillets. Blend harboiled egg yolk with chunks f canned tuna and mayonnaise and possibly capers that you use as decoton too . perhaps black ovives. Check it up, I am tired. Good day.
