I may be the slowest, least fit mofo in the gym. But I am there now. With a beginners mind, I re-learn how to be fit. NOT fit like I can fit in my clothes but fit... As in jump, run, and maybe even kick your ass if I have to! ;) Doing my burpees, doing insane balancing what-nots on the bosu ball, planks, and jumps, and all kinds of crazy ass things my trainer whips up. 30 days ago.... my body was a train wreck and full of pain. Today I am still no model for fitness yet, but I have no back pain, no hip pain, and all my muscles are waking back up. I even found an oblique the other day! horray! When you make excuses, dont invest time or money, and give up when its hard and its hurts IN YOUR BUSINESS... youre broke. I was broke physically, and that just wasnt cutting it. So were turning it around, and rockin it out... in the gym. :) Remember its NEVER TOO LATE to TURN IT AROUND!
