I may be wrong as I often am. I read in the Belize news about young people given jobs in Canada and the young people believe it is modern day slavery. I think these people needs to get real. They are given a job at McDonalds @$11:00 an hour. Are taken straight from the airport for an apartment already found for them. The $560 a month rent is deducted from their check. They complain that after this they only have $700 left. If I were them I would be grateful for such an opportunity. And use it to get my citizenship, go to school and preparing a good future for myself.
