I may have to go to work tonight but I did right by the kid. Sweet onion and Marsala wine marinated oxtails slow cooked in brandy, oven baked honey BBQ chicken wings, spaghetti and fiesta cheese, collard greens with turkey, fried cabbage with julienned ham, black eyed peas, muchroom rice, mashed lemon sweet potatoes with walnuts and marshmallows, Jiffy cornbread, Hennessey infused sweet potato pie, and apple pie. I told him some kids pray for a mom that cooks like his does. He laughed but agreed!
