I missed him in Deep Purple by a few months as best as I can figure, his stuff I could find on cd long ago actually went out of print at least one of the two out did except in Japan,,,,,,now hes got so much out its unreal including the five disc boxed set Called the Ultimate Teaser. It includes other music never intended for Teaser also. Depending on what one finds it was coke, booze, smack and barbiturates and perhaps more........or perhaps ?????? that took his life.
