I modified this recipe I got from my amazing friend and cook, Jeanette Gardner Houghteling ....yummers! 1&1/2 pounds of Ground Chuck (browned and drain off grease) 1 Medium size head of cabbage (cut up into bite size pieces) 1 Medium size Sweet onion (diced) 1 Large Can of Tomato Juice 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes 6 Beef Bouillon Cubes 3 Cups of Water 1 cup rice Season to taste: I used Some Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Season Salt Throw everything into a 6 Qt. Crock Pot and Cook it on High 5-6 Hours or On Low 8-9 Hours ( Or till the Cabbage is cooked the way you like it)
