I must say, that after I commented, I realized that you, Janine Driver was the only one that got me with this list thing. I was so good avoiding everyone elses:-)...maybe its your authenticity in sharing, which I do admire:-) It was a bit challenging as to what to share, but here goes mine: 1- I do no want to birth any children, have not since I was 16. I LOVE kids, LOVE my nephews and goddaughters to itty bitty pieces, but to birth my own…NO. Adopt? Maybe. Having animals?…not fearing so well either. 2- Ive been truly blessed with great teachers and mentors in my life, but my Mom is my hero - seeing what she has done in her life and continues to do propels me. She really is the best mom ever! Really! Even my friends say so. 3- Though I live in a city in one of the most populated areas of the US, I long to live in a more remote area with lots of open space where I can stick my toes into the dewy grass in the morning and eat from my garden…soon. 4- I may never live far away from my family…yup, you guys are stuck with me. If someone told me this at 20 yrs of age I would have laughed you to shame, now, you couldnt bribe me to do otherwise. 5- I do not have a college degree. Gasp!!! And I dont think its the end of the world. Do I plan to finish? Someday (I know someday is not a day of the week). Do I think I can achieve what I want without it? Absolutely! Theres lots of evidence out there for me. 6- While I do not want to birth any kids, I do want to be married. 7- I have a lazy vein, ie I will look for the shortest and most efficient way to do something so that I dont have to do it twice. Or maybe its because thats what I was taught...hmmmm.
