I must say this getting back to active for e is fun. Hiking and softball all within the same week and I didnt die or get injured. Of course Im sore and tired today. Next up is trying to begin a vegetarian diet (Im doing this mainly for health reasons because my reflux has been flaring up). The vegetarian thing will be tough but my daughter said she will do it with me. And really all it is is taking the plunge of just stopping the consumption of meat, theres just a part of me that loves the meat. Im not taking the plunge yet (maybe itll be when I go to Colorado).
