I must take this opportunity to thank our former HM....IIsat Ignatius....now the HM of Masaba SSS. He has done it again. Issat found Masaba SSS on its death bed. It had no single student going for University on Govt sponsorship. It was a failed school. The structures were dilapidated, the school had no fence, the buildings were rotting and teachers had long fled the school. But IIsat, hardworking like he was at JICO, started working. He fixed the school by renovating the structures. recruited well trained teachers, paid them well ie PTA, fed both the students and the teachers well. Masaba SSS is now a star in this years A Levels. From one of the worst schools, it is the 10th best school in the whole Uganda in A levels. It had 54 students scoring 20 out of 20 points. In total, it had 199 students scoring 12 points and above out of a possible total of 20 points. Check Observer Newspaper of Monday, March 31, 2014, and look for MASABA SEC SCH. IIsat has again done his magic. For him, the sky is the limit. Let us thank this wonder man.... he is a true patriot
