I need help from the authors... Trying to put a book into print on CreateSpace. Im a cheap ass who refuses to pay for Word, so I use open office. Well, apparently, that format is frowned upon in the establishment of CreateSpace. Upload a .doc, they say. Itll work, they say. No. They denied it. So, now theyre telling me to upload the file as a PDF. Well, kiss a dogs titty. How the hell do I save something as a PDF? And yeah, I tried to just go save as, and save it as .pdf, but needless to say, they came back with must be a valid PDF. So. Any help in getting the book onto the website would be super appreciated, because Im fixing to get some notebook paper and write the book on it, then slap it together with some staples and duct tape.
