I need some help! I am about 280 I have been walking everyday about 5 to 8 miles. My cloths are getting smaller but I still have a lot of body fat. I have tried L-Carnitine PLUS Green Coffee Extract and Garcinia Cambogia Extract. These did not help at all. I want to get back down to 230 I am 35 and also a diabetic. I also eat a diet that I can copy to show you. Can you help me please and thank you! -red Hawk Answer: Dont surrender to supplements. They do NOTHING, I mean NOTHING if your diet isnt 100% spot on. Example: notice how many overweight people drink coke all day long? Theres caffeine, a known fat loss agent. Are they lean? You should look into fighter diet.
