I need to bring to the notice of the public that I was prevented from voting last Saturday!.Let it be known that my residence in ile ife was heavily attacked by certain security operative and was held under severe hostage against my will from 1.15am till after the election, I guess it was Gods intervention that gave Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola the deserved victory.i can therefore conclude that the chunked out figure from my constituency does not reflect the wishes of the people.The traumatic experience I suffered left me with a perpetual scar in my heart and certainly it is a dangerous signal to our democracy.As I text ,I understand there is an on going riot in ile ife(Ifetedo)as the city remain under siege.May I therefore call on the new Inspector General of Police to act accordingly to safe life and property before it degenerated into serious calamity that may justify the unjustly State of emergency in the state of Osun,Ordinarily,the Apc as a party in that community ought to be celebrating at the moment but for the onslaught and series of attacks on us which call for concerns not just for the people of Osun State but for the entity call Nigeria.The victory is simply an act of Almighty God and not by our might,nor money but by his greatest will.May I therefore plead for peoples understanding and sincerely solicit for peace, please we should allow God take his rightful glory.
