Got so much yet so little done today. Tomorrow gotta he up by 6:50am so Steve and I can do some footbal and cone drills to get ready for football season. Then it is off to Landmark with Hoan, Bay, and many others for our forum at 10am to midnight(?). Tomorrow should be interesting. Packing my Herbalife meals, tea, and recovery protein for tomorrow. 2 meals, 1 rebuild strength, 1 rebuild endurance, 1 beverage mix, and 1 tea with aloe equals 840 calories, 97g proteins, 9g total fat, 85g total carbohydrate and all of my vitamins and minerals.
