I need to have the generator on a 1930 A rewound. I had a backyard mechanic come by and tell me the Voltage Regulator is out! Uh, excuse me, if the thing needs to be rewound and is not putting out any juice, how exactly did he come up with that? On top of that is there even a voltage regulator on the generator on a A? Something tells me this guy has absolutely no idea what he is talking about! Can someone please help me here??? Should I just do what I was going to do and either replace the generator with a 6 volt alternator or have the generator rewound?
