I need your opinions for my paper on NASA. Its for a school project and its focused on the budget cuts within NASA. Please read and answer my 5 questions at the bottom. I personally believe cutting the budget is a bad idea because useful inventions and new technology does eventually get passed down to us Humans on Earth.
