I often get asked why I do what I do, and the simple answer is because I love to connect with women to show them how to embrace a better, smarter and stronger version of themselves. Five years ago I was a very different version to the woman I am today. I held a lot of fear, insecurities, lack of direction and there wasnt much love to speak of, from my partner or from myself to myself. It took a major life upheaval to shock me into deciding that I was going to become a woman who chose possibility over limits, triumph over defeat, faith over fear and love over loss. We are here to find joy, in whatever way that means for us personally. I am able to share with you my knowledge, tools, tips and techniques on how I found (and keep!) mine. Personal life experience, along with globally recognised Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Training qualifications allows me to assist you in becoming more aware of your own human behavior and help you find your key to joy, your way.
