I often see images like this one on many BK addicts pages. These people claim they will not comply, will not lie down, will not go quietly, will not submit, will not roll over and will not shut up. But then they tell anyone critical of the police or how they handle a situation to do exactly what they said they would not do and have encouraged others not to do. If a cop says shut up you shut up, if he says lie down you lie down, if he says you are under arrest dont ask why just comply & go quietly and you can work all that out in court. Just WTF kind of mixed message are you sending there you dip shit wannabe patriot . If a cop tells me I am under arrest and I ask why and he cant immediately articulate the reason I am under arrest because he needs to consult with other officers to figure out what I have done wrong then that arrest is illegal and I have every right to resist that arrest. Also when anyone who sees this is called into jury duty and you watch video of an officer telling someone they are under arrest and they ask what for but the officer does not tell them so they resist then you BY GOD find them not guilty of any of the charges. Think of a criminal charge as a monetary charge. If I walked up to you and told you that you owe me $1000 dollars you are going to ask me what for right ? I cant just punch you in the mouth and drag you off somewhere telling you that I will explain how I arrived at you owing me $1000 dollars later on and then present you with some itemized bill so why should you accept an officer simply saying you are under arrest without question? Now if the officer explains your charges prior to placing handcuffs on you and you resist then yes you should be charged with resisting but not if he cant tell you what your crime is until he consults with some other officers.
