I often think that I need to approach the restaurant owner that OUTED us to the Health Dept, and thank him for being the catalyst for who/what/where we are today... even though Im sure he wouldnt take that welcome too kindly being that he did throw us under the bus.. and that I would be smiling and laughing the entire time whether he was amused or not!
