I ordered a book from Knetbooks and sent this email to them today: "I was charged an additional $5.00 to receive my book rental within 5 business days. There is no tracking information available, I have not received my book, and of course you all have charged my card. I have tried to call several times and no one answers, nor has anyone returned my call as it states on your Customer Service line. Since I placed my order on August 22, 2013 and have not received it as of August 29, 2013 - you all should credit my account $5.00 for the expedited fee." I will let you know their response. I expect immediate attention to this matter.
