I originally discovered this exercise when I was trying to do DIPS for the LOWER CHEST but had some shoulder issues and it was putting a lot of stress on there. STEPS: - Loosen up the seat belt enough so that your bum is mid way up the backrest - Bring feet close to the machine - Lean forward to simulate the same position you would to do dips for the lower chest - Squeeze out those reps and make sure to contract them for full stimulation
