I own a photography business that specializes in weddings, maternity and newborn. I am currently looking for an entrepreneurial person who loves the art of photography to be my second shooter for weddings, and eventually, a main photographer to shoot solo at weddings. Weddings that I photograph are a mixture of high-end, budget, fun and casual, or black tie. No editing required on your part. This is not a job for someone who insists that they must sleep in, or hangout with friends before they return my text. This person must: *Love my business as much as I love it *Treat all people with respect and not turn potential clients away for ANY reason *Be all in 100% (you cannot pick and choose which weddings youd like to shoot.) *Agree to train with me for a certain number of hours per week *Be responsible, with quick replies to texts messages/phone calls. *Network like crazy- more clients for the business means more work for you. *Be available within days notice. Sometimes, due to urgency of newborns or pregnancies, I will book jobs within 1-2 days notice. *Dress professionally *Speak professionally, be personable and give direction well *Not be judgmental *Have some knowledge of nikon cameras *Have some knowledge of photography including ISO, shutter speeds, lighting conditions, etc. *Be open to learning our style of portraiture and implementing it at all of our clients photo sessions and weddings and be consistent. *Be outgoing and sometimes a little loud (mainly to direct crowds.) We have strong relationships with other entrepreneurs in the wedding industry. You will become another face of this business and be responsible for clients precious memories. This position is serious and not for someone who just needs any job. Plan on sticking with us for a long time and becoming familiar and friendly with my clients.
