I paid big money to train with one of the countrys top personal trainers and I learnt SO much that I am grateful for, that Im now back putting into practice to get back and beyond my goals... A few people of recent have asked me for tips again so here goes ... Based on what I do/ have done personally ... Im not qualified ... Only through experience and knowledge of what has helped me loose weight in the past.... Before calorie counting get MIND RIGHT!!! Make the decision! - I stuck to my plan - I diarised everything that went in my mouth. - I make appointments in diary for you and your training and stick to them like a meeting - measurements can speak more then weight on some weeks so measure urself as well as weigh. - I calorie count / 1200 a day for me - I drink water with fresh lemon - I drink green tea - I eat 200-250 calories for dinner only - I dont eat 2-3 hours before bed - no heavy/dense carbs at night - I gave up pasta and bread - minimum sugar and salt. - 1 treat meal a week if needed or wanted or special event but still worked into calories - only 150 grams meat / day - i workout 5-6 days a week for minimum 1 hour - I do Cardio plus weights. Whether a pump class or segregated muscle group workouts. - weights will NOT bulk a girl up. - intensity is key but also dont go to hard on ur first day or u wont return. Who am I kidding go hard or go home and get my ass back to the gym the next day with nothing stopping me. #letsdothis #fitness #weighloss
