I pioneered the first dance based fitness classes with rebound - TopicsExpress

I pioneered the first dance based fitness classes with rebound shoes in 2006. Since then, numerous companies and health clubs have taken my unique idea and tried to emulate my dance experience (Boing, Kangoo Dance, Kangoo), rather than compensate me. I have forgiven you, and consider those as gifts from me to you. You can put lipstick on mediocrity, but it is still mediocrity. Rather than cry over spilled milk, I channeled my anger, frustration, and sadness into creating a new product and new fitness programs (Plyo Dance, Plyo Air Glides, etc). The wonderful thing about innovators is that we are always creating, innovating, and changing. No matter what people have on their feet, if its not Plyo or Air Gliding its not me. Its not just about the equipment, its about how you use the equipment. You wont have to sign any anti-competiton agreements working with Plyo Dance (unlike our competitors). We are confident and secure in our fitness program and dont need to manipulate or bully individuals in to working with us. We want people who are proud to work with us because we are amazing and treat them equally. The biggest lesson that I can teach all of my fellow fitness professionals is that as soon as you have an idea, trademark, patent, or do whatever you need to do early on to protect your Intellectual Property. You should NEVER go on good faith with any business or health club. Next month we start up Plyo Dance International Training again in Cardiff, UK. If you thought my first rise was meteoric, wait until you see my second! :-) #shotsfired #thephoenixhasrisen ow.ly/AGXpu
