I posted the advanced move to this on my fitness page, Amber King Fitness if you want to check it out! But, why I want to share this so much with you is because its a great move! Did it yesterday in my Insanity class and I am so sore all over! (That means its doing its doing its job! ) Its a 360° kind of sore, if you know what I mean! Im not kidding you!! It worked my transverse abdominis (your deep, lower abs), obliques, lower back and upper glutes, and not to forget about my chest, arms, shoulders and lats! Start out doing a Superman, and push straight up to plank. Repeat move for 30 seconds and rest 30. Try to work up to 5 rounds! Feel it tomorrow friends!
