And that is this; satan can, and often does, have a positive and beneficial impact on a persons life (temporarily)...YES, satan can. If demon entities think that by doing so they can deceive and destroy you, they will. Satan will use ANYTHING he can get his sleazy hands on to deceive, and that includes false teachers, health, comfort, wealth, emotional support, money, twisted scriptures, and yes, emotional healing (i.e., Joyce Meyer and her use of her emotional problems of the past as part of her teachings and testimony), etc. All of those things CAN and often ARE used by satan to deceive, lead astray and lock a person enthusiastically into the influence of false teachers such as Meyer. Satan does NOT always use, and restrict himself to things such as disease, lack of money, or blatant false religions such as islam, buddhism, satanism, or things like financial problems, negative attacks on you, etc. In satans world, anything goes...ANYTHING he can find to ultimately kill, steal and destroy. >> Remember (please read carefully)... Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind - Colossians 2:18 Joyce Meyer is an extremely dangerous person, for one reason, among many others, because she gives people what we might call the emotional and spiritual warm fuzzies, and she offers a feel good religion that thousands are deceived by (health, wealth, power, etc.; the list is always the same). Her words are often crafted to FEEL and sound uplifting, while in realty they seriously deceive people (as with virtually ALL false teachers). So, what is the answer? How do we keep from being deceived? This... Thy Word have I hidden in my heart that I will not sin against thee. - Psalm 119:11 Study to show thyself approved... - 2 Timothy 2:15 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. - 1 John 2:27 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. - 1 Corinthians 10:12 And of course, THIS!... And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ (i.e., the answer to all of your problems); AND SHALL DECEIVE MANY. - Mark 13:6 And many false prophets shall rise, and SHALL DECEIVE MANY. Matt 24:11 Saints, KEEP YOUR FOCUS OF ATTENTION ON GODS WORD, NOT ON MEN!
