I predict Bayfront will go off nicely again today as it did the last two days. I was fully lit on my 13 yesterday at 215 pounds. Bayfront Park is in Daphne just south of I-10 on HWY 98 behind Publix. There is a 1/3 mile walk out a nature trail/boardwalk to a wide sandy beach. The water is shallow. Bottom is muddy in most spots and plumb mucky in some. Water is flat to light chop. There are gators nearby but very seldom seen in the kiting area. This spot will likely blow many days a week in the afternoons for the next several weeks due to thermal winds. There is a wind guage at Meaher Park on the causeway, it can be accessed on Wind Alert and is a good indicator of what is happening at Bayfront.
