I put this together to show you guys that theres levels to this. And, no matter what level youre on... You can do it. The first is me hanging with Chalene. (No modifications) The second is the same HIIT routine, except its ALL modified. Honestly, it irritates me when people say, But I cant do what you. Shut up... Yes you can! Do you have to start out doing it at a high level of intensity? No. Do you have to start out doing the jumps and burpees? No. All moves are modifiable. :) Dont worry about what you cant do. Do what you CAN do. Most people who are new to fitness start out doing their workouts by following the modifier in their program. Thats whar theyre there for! Use them! Its all good! No matter how much you modify, youre still burning more calories than you would if you werent working out at all. Now Im not saying dont try to go hard! Push yourself. Go hard!... Then turn it down if need be. (I said turn down, not sit down. Youre done till youre done.) So dont be embarrassed if youre unable to go full out. Do the modified version. Keep working. Youll get there. And if you need help - If you need to modify the modification, let me know. I got you! #NoExcuses
