I quit my job @ Hothead burrito today. They got the better of me. But thats OK. That book is closed and i will bounce back and start writing a new one. But, before i do that i would like to leave my rant as a disgruntled employee. The straw that broke the camels back: I was told that I have manipulated the crew into believing that they are under bad managent. And that Im the one that is making everyone at the store feel uncomfortable. Now, for those who know me. I try my best at everything I do. I put my heart and soul into every aspect of my life. Most times I sacrifice my happiness for others. Making others happy is what makes me happy. I love customer service, I love the food service industry. I have passion, I have drive, I have compassion for others and humanity. I recycle. I want to let my crew know that you are the best at what you do. thats why I am glad I got to hire each and everyone of you. I was blessed with the best group of people. And it is my honor to have been your manager. I have tagged alot of my ex co-workers and foodies. Foodies are my peeps that I have worked with or are in the food service industry. Please do me a favor and help my find my next book. And share this status. Thank you all for reading and have a sweet habanero of a day. God bless you path.
