I ran, bad neck, bad knee, yelling, WAIT, at a bus that was just pulling up to the stop, even tho there were three people waiting to board, & still, as the last one stepped on, the bus lurched forward & stopped, twice, which meant I would have to step back to board, if he didnt shit the door in my face. Such behavior on the operators part us, frequently, the prelude to doing precisely that. This time, however, he allowed me to board. As Im tapping my pass, catching my breath & steadying myself on the already moving bus, I hear, You make me wait, & not even a thank you? I made a sound, which he chose to interpret as my immense gratitude, but no, Im not thanking you. You screwed with me to manipulate a response for the sole purpose of making yourself feel good. I expect basic courtesy, its what I give my customers & random strangers on the street. Thats how its meant to be, its not a service up-grade!
