I ran the Dalton Red Carpet Half Marathon yesterday morning which in itself was nothing out of the ordinary. But if you consider that I ran it with my nine year old twin boys it becomes extraordinary. It was under 30 degrees at the start, we lost a shoe at mile five, around mile eight Jameson had a side stitch that brought tears to his eyes and at mile 10 or so Jackson started having shoe problems.
