I rarely talk about anything in relation to personal issues on Facebook but after watching this I cant help but share. We all have days we would rather just lay in bed and not do what we are capable of and I am guilty as charged but having a mother who was half paralyzed after a massive stroke at the young age of 46yrs old it shows me just how blessed we all are to have the opportunities every day to make the changes we want in and out of the gym. Both the young man in this video and my mother will never again have the opportunities we do! So the next time your feeling to tired, stressed, or just plain lazy just remember people like this who would gladly switch places with you!
