I realize there are some folks that do not like Mr. Neasham and seemed to glee in his conviction. I can understand why some people may not like him personally, but he did not deserve to go through the hell that our court system put him through. Regardless of the reasons for their dislike of the man, his conviction was a travesty to all fair minded people, and that he could be convicted based on the evidence presented was chilling. The prosecutions case was a stretch, and they made up for a lack of evidence with over zealousness. I am grateful for the conviction being overturned, and the positive effect it will have on his family, our community, and on the insurance and real estate industries. Glenn is being given a second chance; hopefully he will be able to win over his detractors and rebuild his business.
