I realized yesterday the importance of knowing basic life saving techniques that we all probably think we know but when it comes to performing, maybe not. Yesterday, a guest started choking at lunch and fortunately Lionel E. Holmes was able to save her by using the heimlich maneuver. Please do yourself a favor and everyone around you, familiarize yourself with the technique again. You may save someones life!
