I really love my job! Every day this week I have been fortunate to watch little kids sing, dance, play new instruments, shake their sillies out, try to learn a song in sign language, jump with monkeys on the bed to reenact the book No More Monkeys Jumping on the bed, use their imagination to recreate falling snow and then shake the parachute w/me to create a big snowstorm followed by a reading of The Snowy Day by my favorite Ezra Jack Keats!!! We tapped our rhythm sticks and counted to keep the beat while asking the kids to tell us their favorite safe gentle ways to keep the beat as well!!! Cant wait for tomorrows class and next week to start it all again!!! My Winter Session Rocks!!!
