I really miss running! I work out almost every day and still it does nothing compared to the results I got from a good run! I see drastic changes in my future! Like no breads at all (even wheat) doubling my workout time by adding cardio to each workout, (cardio was twice a week) no more Splenda (makes you crave more sugar), and doubling my raw veggies, fruits, and nuts! The rest of this stubborn fat has to go! I dont care what my number is, I want to 86 the jiggle areas!
