I really want to believe most cops are honest hard working people, just like anyone else on the job. But lately there has been a rash of police officers trying to arrest people on a public sidewalk videotaping the police doing something. Now I understand videotaping police does not give you a right to violate other laws, like trespass. There must have been a police training video done telling officers that the way to combat being video taped police should say they are in the middle of an investigation, even when the videotaper is 20 or 30 feet away silently videotaping and the police have to run up to you on the sidewalk and tell you that you are interfering with an investigation. To flip the States old saying against them, if the officers are doing nothing wrong why fear the videotaping? Wont it exonerate them from any future false accusations?youtube/watch?v=9PI4AV1aDOc
