I received HORRIBLE customer service from Eagan Cub Foods store manager last Tuesday and ended up reporting them to Visa for a minor policy issue. I completely dropped the issue about the manager first coming up to me asking whats the problem? then lying to me... Until now. Now its become harassment; Im receiving calls from people blocking their number and admittedly not working for Cub anymore asking where I work and who I know in Loss Prevention.
