I received a piece of plastic in my Soft Taco & when I called Mr. Jones I was told to bring it in, but when I asked him for his first name, he refused to give it to me. I did bring the Taco Bell bag, napkins, even the empty sauce packets & when I showed it to him, he took it out of my hand & then walked towards the back of the store. When he returned he didnt have the object, I asked him where it was b/c I told him I wanted to keep it, he then stated What object. I again asked him to give it back to me & then he stated I dont know what you are talking about. I then asked him for his Managers name, & he said why, I asked for the General Managers name & again he asked why, so when I got loud & told the entire store what I found in my food he then gave me the name to his Taco Bell Coach. I was never given an apology, I was never told that they would look into it, I was never offered anything but rude comments, & being called a liar. In the beginning he said blamed it on the food processing plants & the warehouses they get the food from. But then when I brought it to the other customers attention he then called me a liar & said that it was from my own cup, however guess what I brought my cup in with me & it was 100% intact. So after he ran out of excuses & others to blame, he turned back on me, & some said some other choice words from him, he walked away & never returned. I will NOT let this go. Good thing I took several pictures of the plastic object that I almost ate. I am going to plaster this ALL over Facebook, so if youd like to come see the pictures, be my guess. They are listed under the DECHERD, TN TACO BELL album. I have never been so humiliated by someone that is there to Serve, & I will NOT allow him to get away with this. If I am treated this way, I bet tons of you are. If this isnt resolved, I will be contacting local area News outlets to let them know about what I found in my food. Not to mention all the things I am going to be posting on Facebook & Instagram... B/c this day in age NO ONE should EVER be treated like I was today. Even if the issue wasnt something that was found in my food that wasnt suppose to be there. When you work in a Fast Food/Customer Service JOB you have to be Nice, Courtesy, & PROFESSIONAL & this IDIOT wasnt any of the above! Please if you live in Franklin County, TN...
