I received a wonderful text from one of the caregivers for Austin today...This was following a minor moment where he was searching throughout the house for me. They called, he doesnt talk much, but I can get through to him usually by beeping hide nose through the phone, or some other silly game. Anyhow, this is the message I received...Made my day!!! -- This is ________, I am no longer with austin but he did wonderfully after he talked with you. He fell asleep on me and was very cuddly and playful. Very happy, and so sweet. He held my hand or sat next to me most of the shift. I left at three and he was in good spirits. He got more comfortable with the other staff and his roommate. They were tickling and poking and sitting next to eachother with their arms linked. He is a very sweet boy. I enjoyed working with him.
