I recorded part of the new Turbo Kick round tonight to turn in for my Master Trainer stuff and..... I CUT OFF MY OWN HEAD!!! AHHH! This means I have to record AGAIN. 3rd times a charm right?! Im going to get it! Heres part of the Punches section. You should give it a try! You cant see what Im doing over my head (Im sorry :) ), but I can tell you! You start out with two crosses up, down, and then center, followed by a pump...or squat. Do this TWICE! Then you move quick feet (or you can squat) and punch hi and lo (aka hi/lo) twice before you ski. Then you do a three step 4 times before repeating it. In class we do this and build through each layer in the 2,5 minutes were working the right side. How many times can you do it? Dont forget you have two sides! Right side leads, then the left side leads! Some people get discouraged with the coordination, but heres the thing...you werent born walking or running. You had to learn. You didnt always know how to ride a bike. You had to learn. Allow yourself the time to learn something new. It might not be your thing, but what if it is?!
