I remember a time in my life where I would work from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm. I would put in extra hours here and there to achieve work goals. I would come home at night and tell myself I was too tired work out. I started thinking, how can I be physically tired when I didnt even really sweat during the day? I was fooling myself. I wasnt physically tired, I was mentally tired. But, I fooled myself and quit working out. I got physically out of shape because I was mentally fooling myself into being nonactive . Today, stop fooling yourself. If you are not physically tired go for a walk, run, workout, jump rope, skip, lift, or do something! I promise you, when you get to the point of actually being physically tired, your mental tiredness will ease up. Today, just try. Dont let your mental tiredness stop you from your health goals!!!
