I remember awhile back, being invited somewhere shortly after a stink was raised about me worshiping freely in a stiff religious setting. I knew the folks inviting me were trying to monitor me. Some asked me for my testimony and became standoffish after I shared it. It wasnt pretty but it was shared in love and is true. Instead of being honest and saying God hasnt revealed anything about you to us, we are a little nervous about how you carry yourself. We dont know or understand you,....please join us for a lunch or coffee so we can get to know you a little better... .....instead they invited me to an interrogation and spiritual lecture disguised as a friendly get together. LOLLL I was hesitant but Jesus spoke to me to go saying that some didnt like or receive him in many places either, but it was his mission to show them Love come to them in the flesh....that there was no fear in Love. Jesus operated in the light. Even when he was hidden for some purpose, he ended up revealing himself. He is the person of Light. I remember catching glimpses of their reactions when I responded to spiritual question or shared testimony. They didnt like that I knew scripture or had a passionate response on any given matter for which they were supposedly the experts. I was never invited back for more tea and crumpets. All that to say....carry yourself with the love that you have felt from God. With that love comes authority. The humility you have is not a false confidence where you should beat yourself up or continually confess im unworthy and wretched. Jesus Christ makes you worthy and puts on you robes of his very own righteousness. You can walk in confidence, power, boldness and TRUE humility, which means you know who you are IN Him alone. Be at peace with knowing HE loves you and brings you to sit with people of great esteem because you ARE a person of great worth and value in his sight. He didnt die for a sluggard or cretant....He rose to make you a son, as HE is. Be blessed FB. Agape, Vita
