I remember now why I hated court as a foster kid, one man/woman (judge) gets to sit and decide a small ones fate without knowing anyone or knowing if the information they have is correct or accurate. They deal with the same people in the courtroom with different kids and go on the opinions of these biased people. How well could you truly get to know us as a childs guardian ad litem, when we only hear from you and get to meet you 3 days before court? How about the judge, that ORDERS visitation for our kids with their brother, just to say no? WTF are you thinking, putting these kids through that. You are looking out for the best interest of the child, what about these children and the bond they were forming with him? I do not wish to carry this on, I am extremely displeased that this system has not changed in all these years, letting a foster parent keep a child because of a 8 month bond, and not putting him with family is straight and utter BS. I hope and pray things end up differently with him than me. I hope he knows his sisters before he is 30. BTW, Mr. Social Worker, when you lied while on the stand it was called perjury, you can go to jail for that, dont lie to the judge to get your way, he would believe you regardless.
