I remember the excitement as a kid when I got to stay up all night but usually fell asleep before I knew it.. then in my 20s it became a weekend habit. But now that Im in my 50s all I look forward to is a good nights sleep. Emphasis on "night".. but the sun will soon rise and here is yet another night I lay in bed wide awake..listening to white noise.. counting an endless line of sheep. Although the white noise seems to work on Barksalot, Conehead and Snorkey as they are sound asleep. So much for Ambian!
