I remember when i went to school in Ghana , since i played soccer we always had to do Jama before we started every game or if we went for school Jogging, this is all we would do Jogging and singing it was mad fun ... OH yea! school field trips we would also do this... it was soooo fun , the schools down here dont give you memories like this, Ghana is the best, i hope they keep the tradition and stop copying the foreign life
