I respect all of my elders no matter what, but I just encountered the most racist older gentleman at my church. He dropped his granddaughter off and she held onto my hand. He cringed. I told him to enjoy the service and smiled at him. He gave me a cold, hard stare and said: Your kind should not be here. Youd better not touch my granddaughter anymore. Then he walked past me and LITERALLY shoved me out of the way with his shoulder, causing me to fall forward. Seriously... This is why people hate the south. People like this call themselves Christians? Unbelievable. Were all children of God, sir. Youre not above or beneath any colored person.
