I said it before. A cop out doing his duty stumbles across some weed, he does his job. I do not cry foul. They never made the laws, they are just bound to enforce them. But one cannot ignore that virtually all police department place a high priority on marijuana and put for an inordinate amount of time and money into it. There are few police who with a clear conscious can say they never wasted any time looking for it. You dont know. The nicest cop you think you know? If that guy pulls over anyone who they think looks like they might have weed, they will make some attempt to find out and arrest you for it. You think if they find a joint or a nickel bag they just dump it on the side of the road? This isnt the 1970s. They take you to jail. Ask yourself this. Would that cop you like so much refuse to enforce Jim Crow laws? Would they have refused to drag a slave back to his master? These good cops will ruin a persons life in a heartbeat. Over some weed he knows aint shit.
