Are you a parent who dresses your daughter in pink and restricts them to playing with so-called girly toys like dolls, if so you could be doing them harm in later life. Jenny Willott, the consumer affairs minister, has said gender stereotyping like this with both girls and boys can hold them back when theyre older from considering certain jobs. But is it easier said than done to stop the gender stereotyping children? What toys did you play with as a child, do you think it has affected you later in life?
